Job Introduction
One of our prestigious clients in Canada is looking for experienced “Admin Assistants” to join them immediately.
Job Description
- Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
- Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
- Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
- Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
- Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
- Greet and assist visitors.
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
Job Requirements
- Age between 25 – 36 years.
- High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant will be a plus.
- 2-3 years experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Admin Assistant.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines.
- Proficient IT skills. (Email, Internet, MS Office, etc.)
- Excellent command in both spoken & written English language.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
